This phase introduces strength work, corrective exercise and recovery strategies to build long-term resilience, performance and confidence without risking injury.
It continues the progression you’ve already started:
1. Remedial Massage Therapy reduced pain, released tension and identified limitations.
2. Functional Mobility restored joint function, control and movement quality.
3. Strength & Recovery Training now builds on that foundation—teaching your body how to apply strength safely and efficiently.
As your strength improves, you’ll move better, train more consistently and achieve sustainable results. Remedial massage or mobility work can still be used when needed to maintain balance, prevent setbacks and support recovery.
