REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPY

This is often the first step for clients who are in pain, tight, or limited in movement. Remedial Massage reduces pain, releases overworked muscles, and improves mobility, while allowing me to assess the body and identify underlying movement restrictions. Dry Needling is used when appropriate to accelerate muscle release, recovery, and improve activation.
Although it is typically the starting point, remedial massage can also be reintroduced at any stage to support recovery, maintain mobility and enhance results from mobility or strength work. It lays the foundation for safer, more effective movement moving forward.

STRENGTH & RECOVERY TRAINING

For clients who have built awareness and control through mobility work, Strength & Recovery Training is the natural progression. This step combines strength training, corrective exercise and recovery strategies to build long-term resilience, performance and confidence without risking injury.
It builds on everything developed in the first two stages. As strength improves, clients move better, train more consistently and see sustainable results.
Remedial massage or mobility work can still be integrated when needed, ensuring the body stays balanced and adaptable.
This is where strength, mobility and recovery work together to create lasting progress.

Once pain eases or movement improves, the next step is Functional Mobility. These guided sessions focus on joint mobility, control, flexibility and body awareness. Clients move from passive treatment into active involvement learning how to move better, preventing recurring issues and building confidence.
This stage bridges the gap between massage and training. It restores quality of movement, protects the joints and prepares the body to handle strength safely and efficiently. It is the key transition point between recovery and performance.
